Horrible doctor with no patient etiquette! Waited over an hour and I kept checking with the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She called the back several times and even walked there to inquire on the delay. They kept brushing off saying check back in 5 minutes. A nurse then comes out and tells an older woman that Dr. Karoff wouldn’t be able to see her, and that if she would be willing to wait for another doctor. Great Doctor
Great doctor always listens to you,doesn't beat around the bush with you tells how it is,very friendly man. Happy ro have him as my doctor!!!!!!
Dr Karoff was exceedingly thorough, and incredibly kind when I got two infections and a severe virus, during this epic virus season. I was so miserable and sick - and taking care of two small kiddos. He saw me twice, and did everything medically possible to get me back on my feet again. I was so grateful. He went above and beyond my expectations, at a time when medical professionals are so stretched thin.
Dr. Karoff is not listening to my concerns and is violating his oath by sending me into harm's way.
