He sees my brother who is mentally challenged and is kind and patient with him, I like that he is straight forward with his communication and is a great doctor.
Receptionist is rude
This practice is very unprofessional when you are talking to them over the telephone. The nurse is rude when calling another office requesting to speak with another provider. Dr Thomas is very unprofessional when speaking to a provider about one his patients not willing to to take the time to let the provider answer his questions.
I don’t recommend this place. One of the physicians here is extremely rude to elderly patients, especially African American patients in particular. If your loved one goes here on their own, please take time out to attend the visit so you can witness the behavior, as we did. I’m so glad that my sister was able to witness the behavior of this particular physician, he was extremely condescending and talked to our 91 year old grandfather as if he was better than him.
