Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to
