I've had Dr. Frates a long time, yrs!!! After a major spinal cord surgery. Therapy and shots!! For many different thing's, but a yr ago he gave me his honest words. THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH HIM, I ASSUMED HE WAS UNHAPPY THAT DAY. THE SECOND APPOINTMENT (AFTER 12 WEEKS OF PHYSICAL THERAPY) I QUICKLY REALIZED HE IS JUST NOT A GOOD DR. This man told me to do exactly what he told me to do 12 weeks prior. When I began saying I had, he told me NOT INTERRUPT HIM!!!! BEWARE OF DR. FREITAS AND HIS REFERRAL TO HIS FEMALE Physical Therapist in Bedford NH who is HEARTLESS. I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO BE SUBJECTED TO THIS CRUEL TREATMENT AND THEM DENY IT LATER. I needed physical therapy and Dr. Freitas put me with this woman physical therapist who used Ultrasound with ABSOLUTELY NO GEL, I didn't realize it at 1st but when I did, I mentioned it to Dr. Freitas that the therapist isn't using gel and he said it's okay!
