After being seen and released from St Joesph Emergency dept, I was referred by them to call Dr Thomas C Lee asap. So as I attempted to make an appointment I was treated like an idiot. We can’t give you an appointment you’re not in our system, (of course I’m a new patient),we need your medical records and don’t have them & can’t request them because you are not a patient. I've always had a wonderful experience going to Dr Lee, he would always listen and try to understand but I have a problem now. Since I've canceled three appointments in 2021, I learned today that they have kicked me out and at that time I was having a lot of issues with my daughter and I didn't know if I were coming or going. But I guess life shouldn't happen. It's very sad that they won't hear you out and make an exception.

They book 4 mo.s out but it's easy(ish)to get them by phone (unusual these days!) and he is smart, listens, tests, is refreshingly direct and I trust him. That's big.
