Bad. Poorly organized and does not respond to my reasonable requests for test results and suggestions for immediate medical concerns.
Such an amazing doctor and staff that work there. I was and still am VERY pleased with everyone and everything there. Dee-Dee at the front desk was out of this world amazing from the first second of the phonecall. When I went in, I initially had such a great enthusiasm and feeling and it was even better than I expected. Doctor Jones was very helpful and knowledgeable, which I appreciate greatly!!! I would highly recommend them!!!
Had to have bladder surgery and this was the best experience I could have ever had-he was just wonderful and caring and did an excellent job, he was just the best. His staff and office and particularly the hospital Pomerado Hospital in Poway was amazing also, with every person I touched was so sweet and pleasant and proficient and knowledgeable my every need was met. For having surgery this was wonderful experience all the way round and you will love Dr. Jones 8-27-2016
