Dr. Shen and his staff are great! They figured out a severe allergy that had been missed everywhere else. They were extremely thorough and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Shen and his outstanding office.
Horrible -everything dirty and with a stench -the floors not cleaned and the person who took care of me very badly, his appearance and dirty shoes, very unprofessional, a stinky place like I had never seen in the USA
I’ve gone twice and the second time they said they didn’t have my Appointment until I showed the the appointment reminder card they gave me. I waited over 45 for the doctor to tell me I seemed better. I also have been trying for two weeks to get a letter for a travel notice for a prescription and they do not even call me back and when I speak to the front desk person he asked me multiple time what it was about as if I hadn’t just explained this to him.
I am a patient at this office but it seems that the office has problems keeping staff. Drove over today for my allergy shot to find that they were not giving shots. The normal friendly helpful staff that has remained was not there either. There was not a notice on the door earlier.
Friendly and professional staff. Google maps is off by a few bldg because they didn't give each bldg its own address.
