Update: From an attorney's perspective, it's called FAILURE TO DIAGNOSE WITH A NEGATIVE OUTCOME. Update: Thanks to the Dr. failing to perform an MRI when he was supposed to, I now have a 25% chance of survival after 5 years. I've undergone radiation and now the cancer drugs leave me tired, all the time.
