Dr. McNamara has been my primary care doctor for many years. He has always provided excellent care. He is very thorough and clear in his explanations of health issues. When needed, he has referred me to excellent specialists. He has helped me through some rough times by being accessible when in his office and after hours. I highly recommend Dr. McNamara.
Dr. McNamara is amazing knowledgeable physician that truly cares about his patients. I travel over 1,000 miles to come back to Maryland just to keep him as my physician!!
