I drove my 90 year old mother an hour and half we got to appt late due to traffic and Bonnie would not ask dr to see my mother Bonnie called my mother in back to tell her she’s late and reschedule her. If she had to say that to her why not in front of me. Most of the staff is rude and nasty. Getting someone to call back is ridiculous. talk about patients thinking they hung up. Can not get meds filled and when they do its incorrect. This office is bound to close due to ill manner workers plus the 3 hour wait to be seen
It has become almost impossible to get them to refill my meds anymore. Completely unorganized. They just dont really seem to care about doing their jobs at all. Ive been trying to get my meds refilled for a month now. Ive called four times and I still dont have it. They are completely useless. Worst doctors office I have ever heard of. Dont go to them.
