Poorly run practice and lack of follow through by the provider. The provider was sending me messages from her personal computer. The provider didn't follow through and provide me information about the diagnosis or treatment options.

Do not go to Dr. Swanson. He will not set up needed testing if you have not paid your most recent bill in full. I was supposed to get an important test in January, but was not contacted by his office to set up an appointment. I called in April to set up the appointment and they told me it was because I hadn’t paid my bill. The fact is I had paid my bill prior to calling them. Their unprofessionalism prevented me from enjoying summer in Montana.
