Poorly run practice and lack of follow through by the provider.
Do not go to Dr. Swanson. He will not set up needed testing if you have not paid your most recent bill in full. I was supposed to get an important test in January, but was not contacted by his office to set up an appointment. I called in April to set up the appointment and they told me it was because I hadn’t paid my bill. The fact is I had paid my bill prior to calling them. Their unprofessionalism prevented me from enjoying summer in Montana.

I started with Dr Swanson in about 2008 and found him to be a very knowledgeable Dr. It took a long time to get my Complex Partial Seizures under control, and only by having a Vagal Nerve Stimulator implant am I able to function normally. He turned me over the best NP ever, Beth, and she has done an outstanding job with my care. She takes time to talk and visit, sometimes going over my allotted time.
