Dr. Seal was gentle and patient with my elderly mom who'd recently had a stroke. Even though I already had a dental office I loved, I was so impressed with Dr. Seal's holistic & practical approach that I went there myself. The receptionist was friendly, the hygienist was kind and did a wonderful job, and even their music was relaxing. The whole office seemed peaceful. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient to be seen August 10th. I arrived on time and went to enter, but there was a note on the locked door asking patients to text or call and someone would open the door. First I texted the number and waited. After about 10 min. with no response, I thought I should call. I called, got the answering machine and left a message. I waited in my car for 20 min with no call back.
