Dr. Parker, and his staff, is the worst dental office I’ve ever encountered! I went in with tooth pain and he was ready to do the work. I have a broken tooth. Well, he came back and said there’s confusion as to whether they’re in network, my insurance said they were but they wanted to make sure. Well, he told me not to chew on that side and sent me on my way. They wouldn’t schedule me until they received payment for services rendered that day. Very professional. Explained all procedures. I felt the staff really cared about my comfort during the procedures. Great experience.
I highly recommend!!! Everyone here exhibits great professionalism. Both Dr. Parker and Ms. Allison did an excellent job, very gentle and organized with their work. They took time to educate me about what was happening with my dental health. I also appreciate the convenience of scheduling me and my son together.
