My daughter and I trust Dr. Ward. He takes time to listen to his patients and answer questions. We drive 45 minutes away so my daughter can continue to have someone she trusts as her doctor.
I trust Dr. Tom implicitly - he has great rapport with my kids and he takes his time with each and every one of them. Of course it may mean having to schedule an extra half hour into your own schedule, but you can be sure every one of your questions will be answered and your mind put at ease in regards to your kids. I would love to see the waiting room updated a bit, but it is always clean.
