Waited so long I had to leave before the appointment was over to get my kids(something I notified staff and doc of as they left me sitting). Not personable and scoffed when I mentioned I had autoimmune eye related issues and was seeking ongoing care and acute care for what was confirmed (by another doc) iritis. Dr. Mulligan is exactly the kind of surgeon you want performing eye surgery: a painstaking perfectionist. I found his front office very helpful and kind. I was scared and almost couldn't go through with cataract surgery. The medical staff are super knowledgeable and caring and kept me calm. The procedure was way better than I imagined. Now my eyesight seems like I'm about 30+ years younger. Everything is so clear and I'm going to save money on not buying prescription glasses and worrying I'll break them.

Nice and knowledgeable but poor eye contact with the computer set up. Office staff unprofessional and rude to another patient while I was waiting there. Won't be going back.

I take my mother to appointments with Dr. Mulligan. He's always professional and friendly. He readily answers questions and is patient when asked to repeat.

Last time, the same as this time I made a 10:00 appointment. Two days before a call was left on my answer machine that said,"your appointment at 10:10. When I arrived The reception[st said "it's not untill 11:00". I had written 10:00 right on the callender at the time I made the appointment. This happened exactly the sameway last visit. Mulligan has no regard for any ones time, but his own.

If I had only one appointment with him every two years like I used to, I would just say that he was okay because I would not have anything to judge him on. Due to an eye complication, I have been seeing him this past several months on a monthly basis. I now know he has skills, he explains what what is going on and the risks involved. He is friendly, he takes time to answer questions and talk about ones overall heath status and how it affects the eye health. I would recommend him to others.
