Imagine being in the worst pain of your life and hoping beyond hope that maybe someone will want to help you. I had the displeasure of seeing Dr. Millard in the emergency room and he spent about 5 minutes in my room total, touched my side one time (never seen an MD be so afraid to touch a patient), and didn't even pretend to care to find the source of the pain.
