Dr Matkov and his staff are very caring, explaining clearly my issues concern’s,and recommending treatments .Post surgery staff at Aurora hospital worked tirelessly including a 12 hour night shift to insure me the best outcome.
Horrible experience. Appt was at 11:30, by 12:10 I was still sitting in the lobby and Matkov was nowhere to be found. The receptionists never said anything and when I asked about the delay, it was just “sorry he’s running late”. Typical of a place that accepts state insurance to be awful! I got a refund for my copay and left, I wasted my time and fuel driving an hour for this garbage. I’ll never go anywhere that accepts state insurance because they are always so bad. Aurora is the worst hospitals around by far. AVOID
