Dr McCoy is a great dentist. He is very professional & knows his job well. I trust him with my dental care. He uses the best products in his procedures. I also love Colleen who has been my dental hygentist there for years. I drive from St Charles parish because it’s worth it. If you’re looking for a competent dentist Dr McCoy is the one.
The dentist is pretty good. The hygienist excellant. However, the woman that works behind the desk is a liar. When setting up an appointment to get a filling done, she explained the cost and stated that my insurance will pay 80% or slightly less than 80%. Fast forward till bill time... I'm literally billed the almost the entire cost. When calling the office, this woman tells me and I quote "I'm sorry you misunderstood". Nope, you literally only told me the cost of the fillings and that insurance covers 80% or sometimes sligh... read more
They treat you like they are treating their own teeth. Everything is done at the highest level possible.
I absolutely love these people, Super professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Thomas McCoy.
