Do not use any doctor in this practice at all. Doctor was supposed to refill my ongoing asthma meds at my last visit. Went to refill and there are none. Called to after hours and they wouldn’t page the doctors to fix their mistake as per the office. So please do not make the mistake I did by going to these doctors. They only care about money. Dr. Simmons is a fantastic Doctor.He help threw a very difficult time with my back. Well worth the wait! Staff 5 stars as well.
I found the office staff and nurse to be friendly and personable. Dr. Baez, on the other hand, is rude, disinterested, a know-it-all, doesn't listen, has absolutely no empathy and should have NEVER become a doctor.
The doctor is always very pleasant, great bedside manner.
Right now my husband and I are so upset with this practice. Dr. Has not been in office since Oct. Patient care has deteriorated. You never know who your going to see and unless you have a portal you don’t get info on any tests you have or a follow up on what you should do. Staff coming and going. No one to build a rapor with. Both of us have been a pt. for over 20 yrs. some honesty needs to be told to us. Did Dr. leave practice, is he taking a leave for a while? Should we be looking for a new primary care. Awful, rushed, no real info, pushes unproven holistic medicines
Landed on website looking up Dr Simmons for a friend. Dr Simmons performed back surgery on me in 2001. Haven't had problem since. Enough said.
Maritza Baez is a self centered Doctor who does not take healthcare serious. She rushes through her appointments, does not listen to my issues, seems to have her own preconceived ideas of what the patients problems are and is dismissal of my opinion. She seems more interested in posting things on Instagram and Facebook then furthering her knowledge as a physician
Dr. Baez is the most intelligent Dr. She tries to relieve any symptom that u have. Also she listens. I would recommend here to everyone.
