I saw Dr. Hastings for approx 20 years and, sadly, he is now retiring. Nearly all of my experiences with Hastings were completely positive, so when I saw the average summary rating, I knew I needed to weigh in. Over 20 years Dr Hastings and his great staff helped with everything from the silliest complaints to life threatening issues. They were always there for me. This guy's a total tool, are zero stars an option?
Dr. Thomas Hastings is a great doctor. He is rather “no nonsense”, which I prefer. He is friendly and thorough. He listens once you’ve listened to his advice and he asks a lot of questions as a routine. The office is very well run and the follow up is fantastic. They also answer the phone whenever I call! I have been seeing him as a PCP for the last 2 years and have been very happy.
The staff & doctor are excellent, I have been using Dr H for years and find him very honest and easy to talk with. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone!
I’ve never had a doctor who absolutely berated me until now. Don’t bother.
