I saw Dr. Tropf at Physician’s Plus in Findlay, OH. I’m a nurse. I had an idea of what was wrong. I was diagnosed with swimmer’s ear and given drops that I never filled. The next morning I was in the ER because the problem was worsening. I was diagnosed with infection and stone in my salivary gland, which was cause the swelling and pain in my face and neck. Horrible misdiagnosis.
