I saw Dr McSoley 3 years ago. He was the BEST. Highly recommend. I was scared before appt but felt totally at ease with him and his expertise. Explained everything to me.
Dr. McSoley was phenomenal with our 2-year-old. He was patient and playful which helped the examination process go much better. We ended up needing tubes, and the surgery and follow up was also excellent.
I took my husband here to see why he has so much ear wax in right ear.Doctor wasnt a bit friendly seemed to be in a hurry.Took a metal looking instrument in my husband. ear and pulled out small of wax.Told him to use drops in his ears and then he walked out of room.
Dr McSoley was fantastic. Took the time to ensure not only we understood diagnosis and treatment options, but also that our son was included and felt comfortable. He answered our many questions, set expectations, and showed a high level of care.
