I had a good experience with this doctor and coming to this office. Everyone was so nice and made me very comfortable. Dr. Helbig helped me immediately by giving me an injection and physical therapy. The ladies work very well together and one told me they have been here a long time. That means a lot when there isn't staff changes - I like to get to know the staff especially since I'm older now and probably will be coming here more often with my aches and pains. Wonderful ! He is the best and so down to earth. The staff is great, so accommodating and friendly. I have had a few injections for various conditions and I have to say - Dr.Helbig gives a GOOD injection ! Immediately I felt relief.
Great experience ! I was referred to speak with the manager because the doctor was overbooked. The woman took the time to listen and squeezed me in after our lengthy conversation You NEVER get this from any office, other office staffs just care about making the appointment and getting off the phone. Excellent Doctor who always pinpoints exactly what is wrong with me. I had a shoulder arthroscopy by Dr Helbig and feel great. He has also treated my wife and son - both were completely happy with the care. The staff is awesome - highly recommend Dr. Helbig
GREAT DOCTOR, I trust him, he's down to earth and didn't rush me to have surgery. I have had shoulder problems for years and finally a friend insisted that I just go and make the appointment to see Dr. Helbig. He helped me with the acute pain with an injection then a few months later we had "the conversation". Yes, could go on with pain an occasional injections or proceed with an arthroscopy. I took the plunge and it make all the difference. The surgery went really well, I'm happy

Doctor is very efficient, gets to the point, friendly, didn't have to wait long in the waiting room so his time management is great. Handicap parking in front, lot is across the street which is great especially when you are in pain. Staff seems well managed. I needed a MRI and Simone called me back quickly with my approval number. I have been a patient of this office for a few years and am always pleased with the attentiveness and great diagnostic foresight from Dr. Helbig. You don't wait very long, he answers all your questions, his staff is friendly and it is a genuine pleasure to have such a wonderful doctor. Oh - there is free parking, too and you don't have to do anything but cross the street which is wonderful when you are in pain
After having several procedures done to my knees with unsuccessful results, I went to Dr. Helbig. From the very first visit he knew what was wrong with my knees. He is extremely knowledgeable, he listens to his patients carefully and he is quite approachable. He really cares about how his patients feel and the issues that they might have. He knows what he is doing! I had two knee surgeries with him and both times I had a wonderful experience.
