Dr. Garrity is exceptional—knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. He took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I couldn’t have asked for better care and highly recommend him.
I had a rhinoplasty amd septum repair surgery with him. He reinforced how much he knew and did the procedure. He butchered the upper part and middle part of my nose looked like bones running down my nose and left indentsand craters in the bone. He then convinced by injecting steroids into it they would go away. Never did. I had to pay a plastic surgeon 16,500 to attempt yo fix what He did to my face. Didn't sleep for years and still isn't what it was. Should have never gotten the surgery. I regret everything about it.
Dr. Garrity is an excellent ent, saw him at his elk Grove location in the past. Provides top notch service for his patients that is just awe inspiring. Thankful to have ran across him and might pay him a visit in the near future for allergies.
Dr Garrity was amazing! I have never had a procedure explained to me so thoroughly. He was kind and took the time to answer questions that I had, and I’ve never felt rushed when asking questions. He did a phenomenal job with my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Garrity.
Absolutely unprofessional and not transparent about procedures and treatments whatsoever. Went in for a consultation and received a bill for several hundred dollars despite having insurance coverage. Doctor tried to say he did an "endoscopy" when he literally just checked nose and ears and made no diagnosis or prescriptions. On top of everything, he kept taking his face mask off and spoke to us like we were fellow patrons at a bar.
