Dr. DINGLE is Friendly, laid-back and gives clear explanations of all treatment and procedures. Staff members, from the minute you walk in the door until you speak with the Dr. do a great job! He is a very caring Dr. and wants to solve any issues you are having. I've been seeing him for years!
He is my mother's doctor. Every Appointment takes 2 plus hours before even seeing the doctor. What is the point in making an appointment if you're going to wait this long. No consideration for people's time. You should not have to allot 3 hours for an eye appointment. There shouldn't be that many appointments made if you cannot accommodate them appropriately! Ridiculous
We have been to this location 3 times and every time even though we were on time had to wait no less than an hour to be called back to see technician and then had to wait more time to see Dr. Dingle. Please stop scheduling so many people and making them wait! When we finally did see Dr. Dingle he always appears to be in a hurry and even though he has some great reviews here, we did not see the kind, compassionate guy who explains everything.
Dingle botched my cataract surgery And then basically told me to go back to my primary eye doctor These doctors can literally get by with anything
