I scheduled a physical 2 months in advance. I confirmed my appt and, received a follow up text thanking me for my confirmation the day prior. When I arrive to the office, the front desk person (holding an ironically large pen and wreaking of professionalism /s) tells me they cancelled my appt bc I didn’t answer my phone the day before.
