Excellent work. And his team are exceptional.
One of the smartest and most wonderful doctors I’ve ever met. I am a physician. He helped my family member beyond all expectations. Very kind and decent person. A doctors doctor.
Dr. Carroll and Physical Therapist Sam were the only one that helped me with my cough that I had for over 7 month. All my previous visits to GI, Pulmonologist, ENT, and PCP, enormous amount of different tests and trying all different meds, were not successful. After the visit with Dr. Carroll and starting the right medication, within 2 weeks I was cough free.
This rating is more for the admin area, as unfortunately, I never received a return phone call from them to make an appointment with Dr. Carroll. I was told when I first called B&W, that I needed to register first before being able to make an appointment. I did so, and then had to leave a message with Dr. Carroll's office. The recording states "we WILL get back to you in 24 hours". They did not. Left another message. They still did not return my call. It's been almost a week now.
