He was great and my dentist until we moved to AZ!
the receptionist need to improve her customer service skill. She is very rude, arrogant and sounds like she is refusing to get a customer. She literally told me to try other dentist. wow... she is not even a dentist and refusing to having patients. I don't know about the dentist here, but don't ever try to talk to the receptionist. if I could leave less than 1 star, I would. and if I can, I would consider filing a lawsuit against her.
They are an Amerigroup provider (state insurance) but refused to accept me saying the insurance doesn't pay out enough. This is discrimination and absolutely ridiculous. People with state insurance for whatever reason should be able to get dental care.
As long as I have to go to a dentist, it may as well be Dr. Song and his great dental elves ! Dr. Song knows his stuff and his hygienist is great too. Dr. Song's wife is the main front office person and she is very nice and helpful. Everyone there is professional and talented. Not that going to any dentist is "enjoyable", but Dr. Song's office is a great choice.
I could not be happier that I found Dr. Song. He is the best dentist I have ever been to and I have been to alot. If it weren't for him I wouldn't even be able to chew at all. From the time I called to make an appointment, Melissa was so nice and got me in so quickly and then really helped with my insurance and financial part.
