Don’t become a victim of FORIDA EYE INSTITUTE! They scam senior citizens! Sign on the dotted line & they charge you “PHANTOM” charges for exams you didn’t authorize! Guess what??…are not covered by your insurance or supplements! Dr. Todd and gang should not be so so GREEDY!! Run before you become a VICTIM of their greed!

I had 2 appointments cancelled within 2 weeks of one another. When I showed up for the first appointment their were a lot of people waiting and a lot more coming in the door. No one at the desk had said anything about someone not showing up. They just left us sitting there. I finally got up and asked what was going on. They were cancelling appointments on the phone. I’ve been a patient here for a few years. Not anymore. Parking is impossible, patient experience is less than average, showed up for my annual appointment after received text, email and phone reminders not to be late only to find that my Doctor had retired and they don’t have my appointment on the books anymore. Again, this after receiving multiple reminders that I had an appointment today and not to be late. See you FEI. Don’t recommend unless you are looking for a difficult place.
