I would give zero stars for Office Manager if I could. My husband was in the hospital and his discharge instructions were to follow up with Dr. Swearingen. He was going through VA Community Care for the payor. VA scheduled first follow up appt but they put it in as the hospital called and that he was self pay (we were never registered as self pay in the hospital nor did the hospital make the appt). Dr. Taylor did thyroid surgery on my sister, who is in poor health with a serious neurological disease so I was very worried. I was so incredibly impressed with the care she received and how comforting and informative Dr. Taylor was as well as the rest of his surgical team. I was kept informed via phone calls, the first being within several minutes after surgery commenced. Dr. Taylor was great. Very personable and actually takes the time to talk to you. I had a very positive experience, 5 stars.
Went for a hernia had the er and my acl dr tell me what i have is a hernia. Dr taylor tells me i don't its separation of my abs with fatty tissue poking out. Tells me it will take another 4 to 7 week to heal and then to start doing light rehab to strengthen my abs. Call back up theto see about a note for work and was told he didn't put any of that in my notes and that i should start working out now while my ads are still torn. It sounds like they just say whatever to get you in and out.
