My Mom started to lose significant weight over a period of a couple of months. Dr. Au suggested she eat more and that the reason for her loss of appetite was her age. That was his response to repeated questioning about her weight and appetite loss. She collapsed at home and a CT scan in the ER revealed a massive cancer which eventually killed her. Great doctor
Wasn’t able to make an appointment for over 2 months. No communication. No call backs. When the receptionist did finally message me back they said I wasn’t an established patient. I messaged back explaining i was. He had been my Dr for over a year. Then they made me an appointment I never set up. Dr Au was very nice and professional the times I did see him, but I don’t know what is going on with his practice. Impossible to make appointments.
