This practice is incredibly unprofessional and outright incompetent. Office staff is incapable of providing information to insurance in a timely manner or at all, often lying that they've submitted, when insurance has zero record. A simple prior auth to process & fill a prescription takes weeks, and multiple requests not only from the patient, but also from the pharmacy & the insurance company. I was unable to attend my sleep study test due to Dr Abbenante not completing all requirements by my insurance co. 4 voicemail messages and 2 phone conversations later, I was assured a call back both times. It's been a month. Nothing, Nothing at all. Incredibly unprofessional. Its unbelievable he can run a business like this.
