Incredibly unprofessional. Been trying to get results of my sleep study to my dentist and insurance company. Staff tells me it has been sent when in fact it has not. Just left another message with their service. We’ll see what happens
This practice is incredibly unprofessional and outright incompetent. Office staff is incapable of providing information to insurance in a timely manner or at all, often lying that they've submitted, when insurance has zero record. A simple prior auth to process & fill a prescription takes weeks, and multiple requests not only from the patient, but also from the pharmacy & the insurance company.
