Always listens, always assists, All Dr should follow the example of the Dr, PA, and entire staff. When you are sick it is hard to get well without caring medical staff. Life is too short, spread kindness.

Even if you have a ppo insurance they still require a referral. It takes months to get into a poc appointment and then time to get in here so it is not worth the hassle. The point of having PPO insurance was to help bypass this situation.

Office person Gabby is the best - have to see the PA2 2 of the 3 times a year for the 120 day visits instead of the main doctor. But I have learned over time that doctor Borrego is amazing. Dr. Rennie has fallen asleep at the wheel and no matter what the patient says, his comment is “well looks good” see you in 4 months. At this time, my daily pain levels were at an 8.5-9 so you can guess how that made me feel. I basically got fired as his patient. Luckily I did not give up and found some doctors that actually cared. Thankfully, I am much better now. My first visit with Dr. Rennie was wonderful. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rennie himself was very friendly, professional and very thor... read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would. The doctor and staff were unprofessional and treated me poorly because I did not complete their paperwork prior to my visit. I waited one month to get an appointment from time of referral to their office getting copies of labs which I had and offered to give them, but I had to wait. Then three months for an appointment, but they could not give me ten minutes or understand the medical reason for my inability to complete their paperwork. There was a time when doctors cared about patien... read more
