I left Dr Rennie for 3 months. Went to a place that boasted EVEN in their name, that they treat osteoarthritis. I was treated well but when one of my insurance carriers didn’t pay right away, I was hounded weekly and sometimes daily that I needed to pay. Within 3 months I went back to my Dr Rennie. The infusion center is top notch and the PA Dr Borrego is incredible as well as Dr Rennie who also has formulated an arthritis cream that I love.

Always listens, always assists, All Dr should follow the example of the Dr, PA, and entire staff. When you are sick it is hard to get well without caring medical staff. Life is too short, spread kindness.

Even if you have a ppo insurance they still require a referral. It takes months to get into a poc appointment and then time to get in here so it is not worth the hassle. The point of having PPO insurance was to help bypass this situation.
