Dr Noonan is a top quality physician. He has two traits that lead me to this conclusion. First is his obvious desire to connect with the patient and solve the medical problem. The other is he listens to the patient as opposed to moving to a conclusion without all the facts. He takes the time to analyze be reaching a conclusion. Absolutely no issues with Dr Noonan and continue to work with him on my health needs.
