Dr. Thomas Leech changed my entire life. I can talk, smile and eat anything I choose to eat from my home kitchen to any restaurant menu. I'm so grateful to him and his staff and you will never be forgotten!

A patient of Dr. Leech for more than 25 years and I have never had a bad experience, and that’s coming from a horribly terrified patient who hates going to the dentist, but not because of anything I have experienced with him. I sincerely recommend Dr. Leech, and his staff is warm and welcoming as well.
Avoid this dentist if you're on Duke health/dental insurance. They are out of network and will not bother to let you know that before your appointment. I learned the hard way and got a $220 bill for a routine cleaning. Spoke with an insurance rep who informed me that Dr. Leech's office charges rates almost twice as high as other providers in the area for the same services. I called to negotiate the bill.
