Google needs to make a zero. For a surgeon and staff, attention to detail should be everything. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I took time off work and paid copays. Based on a visit where surgery was discussed and planned, only to later find out I was never even placed on the schedule. This was not a minor oversight. It resulted in wasted time off and delayed medical care. The lack of follow-through and accountability is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a surgical practice.
Very attentive surgeon
If I could give zero stars I would. Issue was not resolved and left unsightly scars! When I went back for post op and told him I was unhappy with the outcome he was not concerned, and did nothing to resolve it.
