Not recommended. He is rude & dismissive. Go find any other m.d. NOT this one.
Absolutely abysmal experience. After I was kept waiting for an hour and a half, Dr. Firth came into the room and immediately dismissed my concerns. Rude, impatient, and condescending. I see no reason to trust this guy.
I brought my 2yr old son with me.. Once we got into a room my son was excited to meet the Dr. My son wanted to know if the Dr would say hello to him. Sure he will! When Dr Firth entered the room he never looked up or said hello to either of us or introduced himself. He just said, what makes you think you have a sinus infection? My son was saying Hello, Hi, Hi, No response.I felt he was extrememly arrogant & doesnt listen to the patient. Poor bedside manner and who cant say hello to a child?
Presumptuous and arrogant! Talked down to my wife (the patient) as if she were an ignorant child. Presumed we were ignorant about her illness and treatment options. Spent 2-3 minutes observing her. Repeatedly referred to her illness a cold during the visit. Did NOT ask the patients observations/ symptoms and apparently DID NOT read the nurses notes which should have indicated Influenza. Prescribed an antibiotic disliked by patient. Switched Presc. to a costly alt & refused to use a common gen.
