On top of his excellent expertise and skills, Dr. Thileeban Kandasamy Is a kind and very personable doctor. I am really grateful to him and I thank him for taking the time to listen to me and providing me with clear and supportive information on my specific condition.
I recently had surgery performed by Dr. Kandasamy, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our first consultation, he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator, making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. After 3 faxes of referral letter, I finally went to his office in person as they do not answer phones and only respond to emails. I offered that if cancellation comes up, we are happy to take it. Everything was much quicker after that.
I had lost faith in doctors for a while, but Dr. Kandasamy has completely changed that. From treatment to ongoing monitoring, the care has been excellent and reassuring. I’m very grateful for the support and professionalism.
What a lovely Doctor, he was so kind and friendly. We were seen on-time, we weren’t rushed and he was very thorough. If my son needed surgical intervention (which he doesn’t- thankfully), I would have definitely been comfortable and confident in Dr. Kandasamy’s ability and care.
