We had a very disappointing and distressing experience with Dr. Thi Vo during my wife’s delivery and post-operative care. Dr. Vo strongly pushed for a C-section, and after the surgery, my wife suffered severe pain and swelling around the incision area. We raised our concerns at least 20 times—both directly to Dr. Vo and through the midwives at Westmead Private Hospital—but they were constantly dismissed as “normal.” When my wife developed a high fever and unbearable pain, we again reached out to Dr. Vo for support.
