I find Dr. Robinson to be just the right balance between professional and personable with a refined sense of humor and fun that I appreciate. She’s someone I trust as my doctor, and she’s an excellent surgeon. She took great care in explaining exactly what would happen during my surgery and then checked my understanding of the process to ensure I had a firm grasp of what was going to take place.
My experience yesterday was horrible she was mean and rough and very impatient! I should of did a little more digging about her before I made a appointment with her. I was letting her know I was uncomfortable and she got mad at me and telling me she went through it many times before and I’m making it hard . Then after the ultrasound she didn’t tell me how far along I am and when was my due date . I had to ask the nurse . My granddaughter was under her maternity care. Every time, the wait is at least 1 1/2 hours, but can be over 2 hours. When you are finally seen for 5 minutes, it feels as if you are on an assembly line. She feels that the doctor is very nonchalant and uncaring. This is not the way it should.
Dr. Robinson has been my doctor for 32 years. She has seen me throw healthy pregnancies and ones that have resulted in loss. She has always been kind, caring, and straight forward. During one of my pregnancies that resulted in a loss. I had a problem with my pharmacy. Dr Robison personally called the pharmacist over the issue. I highly recommend her to anyone.
She will do a PAP without lubrication. Go somewhere else!!!
