I had previously tried to get in to see Dr. Garza in the Plano office because of her reputation in DFW but since that is a pretty busy office I had a hard time fitting into the schedule. I was recently referred to her office in Frisco and cannot speak more highly of that team! This office has a smaller staff so you see the same team everytime you visit, which I personally love. This place is amazing! Super clean and beautiful facility! They really care about their patients and the service they provide. Definitely recommend!
I came in after receptionist was diagnosed with COVID this week. Originally the NP wasn’t wearing a mask when I arrived but eventually put one on No one else at any point in time was wearing a mask. Not the person who took my vitals or the person who accepted my payment…even though they had all been exposed to and worked with someone in the past 24 hours who tested positive for COVID. This isn’t acceptable conduct for health care professionals working in a health care facility.
As much as I love the service and help this location provides, I have to say anytime I call nobody EVER picks up the phone.
Katie and her staff are awesome! Everyone is professional and my visits are always positive and personalized. Highly recommend!
