Where was Dr. HAUCK years ago. Went to dentist after having root canal just before Christmas to get what I thought was a new crown. Instead she filled it like a filling without using Novocain. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Best dental visit in my life!
Let me preface by saying Im an absolute baby when it comes to the dentist and pain. The assistants - amazing; Dr. Hauck - outstanding! ; receptionist Val - a best-friend you never knew you needed! Everyone in this clinic is so kind and gentle! I have had to have 2 emergency visits for a chipped tooth twice in the last year and a half and they always make room for me to come in! Im so happy I found them for my dental needs❤️
Dr. Hauck we had no issues with. Her front staff Valerie is rude, condescending and just mean. You will never be allowed to speak to the dentist yourself...it's either Valerie or noone I will never recommend this office all due the way the front staff talks and treats people
Dr. Hauck and her staff are amazing, best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Dr. Hauck is thorough without over pushing dental procedures, the dental hygienists are all fabulous and Valery in front is sweet and so helpful with insurance/billing issues. I’ve recommended so many people to their practice.
