Went in one day due to weeks long bleeding, shoulder, leg and back pains, the NP Camara Johnson, completely ignored my issues I stated I was having, scheduling me to come back in 2 weeks after a blood draw and a urine test. I got a missed called the same day and when I called back, I was told only my information needed to be updated. 3 days later, the missed call was actual to tell me I was pregnant, to then finding out I was having an ectopic pregnancy. I established care here 7 months ago after a great first visit with Dr. Johnson. Unfortunately, my experience after that was very disappointing. I’ve probably spent less than 30 minutes total with my assigned provider Mr.Sandate (doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor) during my entire pregnancy. Appointments were rushed and dismissive, with little communication about how my pregnancy or baby were progressing. During my visit, the front desk staff member was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She showed no concern for providing appropriate customer service or patient care. She argued with me regarding my insurance coverage, which I have maintained for over 25 years, and repeatedly provided incorrect information despite being informed that her statements were inaccurate.
