First and only visit was not great. To keep it simple, I'm sure he knows his stuff being a surgeon for a long time. Unfortunately, i never got that far.. Never let me finish talking without talking over me and actually got up and left while I was still trying to describe my arm issues. Very unprofessional, to say the least. When you're going to have someone cut on you and perform multiple surgeries, you want to trust that person. No thanks. Found a new surgeon.
My wife, my family ( daughters )and I have been going to Dr. Macey for almost thirty years. We never walked away from him without knowing all that was going to happen, good or bad. Great Doctor and person.
Dr. Macey and Scott are SPECIALISTS at putting people back together! I know, if it wasn't for them and Dr. Anestasio, I'd be dead 5 years ago! I'm SO GLAD THAT THEY PAYED ATTENTION IN CLASS!!!!! =)=)
Dr. Macey is like a Dream come True!!! His Staff is Very Caring and Very Professional. He did my Hip Surgeries 3 times. If I hadn't contracted MRSA, I believe it would have been easier for him.I had many complications, and thru it all, I had HOPE!!! But I know that, now I have No Problems, No Stiffness, Nothing. We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Macey and his staff. After my son fractured his leg, I knew we couldn't wait 3 days to see an orthopedic (as suggested by another office). Taking a chance, I stopped in the Niceville office the very next day - Sherri got him in that afternoon, and Dr. Macey identified the problem immediately, scheduling surgery the very next morning. Thank goodness for motherly instinct and caring doctors & their staff. I'd recommend Orthopedic Associates to all.
I liked Dr. Macey personally from the first meeting; he's very personable and likeable, unlike a lot of other doctors I've dealt with. He came highly recommended, and they were right about him. He repaired a very painful torn meniscus in my knee, and within a week I was pain-free and almost back to normal activity. Within a month, there was barely any way i could tell I had had surgery, aside from the two small scars on my kneecap. Dr. Macey is the real deal; I'd recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Macey took care of my plantar faciitis and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and talented which made recovery much quicker! Highly recommend!
I moved back to Florida recently and returned to Dr. Macey for some areas of concern. He truly helped me before, and I have all the faith and trust he will again. I am looking forward to getting my health back in order. His assistant Scott is also a great addition to his practice. The staff, well I can't say enough, they are kind and caring! Thank you for taking me as a patient again.
