If you are TRICARE and get a referral here, DO NOT GO. They don't call you back, and when I finally got a phone call after a few weeks, they put me on hold for 20 minutes to check on my referral just for someone else to come back and state "nobody was doing anything, how can I help you?". If they can't even handle scheduling, you really have to wonder about their practice overall. I will be reporting them to Tricare as well
NP Gilmore is just simply amazing! My 2nd time there and I will keep coming back because she is just so kind, understanding and helpful. She is a true gem of this practice. Thank you for caring in the ways that you do.

Having a emergency situation with your health, you are relieved to know a doctor who puts patients first, and personally follows up and attend to your care. If I could give this doctor’s practice a negative number of stars, I would. I WAS a prospective patient, but I definitely WON’T be using this doctor for anything. I am paying for an appointment just so that I can tell them in person I won’t be back. They don’t care about patients. They are just chasing paper. I scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday at 4:30.
