The doctor is pretty good himself. He listens and remembers patients and he has a great matter. But his office manager and their policies are terrible. I've been there twice and had to wait over an hour for a simple doctor visit. To get a prescription refilled you need to see the doctor every 4-6 months. I was trying to get a simple prescription refilled and they said I need to come in for another visit. It's crazy. Waste of time and money.
This man has been my doctor for going on 30 years.. he is very attentive, actually will take the time to listen to you, not make you feel like a number. Genuinely nice man. I can't think of any negative things to say in all the time that I've been a patient here. Robert Moody
