I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent consultation with Dr. Thao Lam Unfortunately, I found the experience to be highly unsatisfactory, for the following reasons: Lack of Professional Focus on the Patient: Despite being the patient, Dr. Lam directed the majority of her conversation and attention toward my wife. This was inappropriate and dismissive, and made me feel invisible during my own consultation. A very "busy" specialist I must say because she rarely picks up the call even though she's the one who asked to call her and I think her receptionist is quite "busy" as well. Medical advice was given without indicating any side effect unless the patient asks, or again, too busy to remember advising. A very interesting way to consult patients nowadays.
