Dr. Duncan offers excellent care and takes time to discuss your treatment and concerns. I believe he is among the most patient and caring doctors you will find in Memphis.
After my surgery I had a staph infection. He refuse to see me because I was told by the front office there was a balance my insurance did not pay. I had to pay 500 out of pocket before my surgery and they still wanted another 800. I feel like this doctor is not concerned about his patients health it’s all about the money. My insurance paid this doctor over 10,000 for my surgery. I will not recommend this doctor to anyone, I have more sinus infections now then I did before the surgery.
