I would rate less but I cannot. I arrived 15mins early. Then I waited for 30 mins past my appt time before being called. Then an additional 30 mins in the room waiting to see the dr. I had to leave because I had another appt across town... and I missed that and had to reschedule that appt. This is the worst drs office I have ever been to. I never even got to see Dr. Than, she was that late. When I asked how much longer... I was told at least another 30 mins.
After three back surgeries in 6 years, still in pain, I went to Dr than as a last resort for help. I drove 2 1/2 hours to see him is how desperate I am. I spent weeks trying to get records to him that he did not even look at. He was no help at all. Did not even look at my MRIs, or CTs reports nothing. Since I was not a regular and was asking for a second opinion I got thrown to the wolf's. I even broke down talking with him telling him he was my last resort just to be told nothing he can do.
